Last updated: 25 May 2026

About This Agreement

This Creator Agreement supplements the DriplyPay Terms of Service and applies to all users who publish content, accept tips, or enable subscription monetisation on DriplyPay. By creating an account and accepting our Terms, you also accept this Agreement.

1. Content Ownership

Limited licence to DriplyPay. By uploading content, you grant DriplyPay a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the DriplyPay service (e.g. displaying your profile, serving content to paying subscribers). This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account.

Representations. By uploading content, you confirm that you own it or have the rights to distribute it, and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

3. Content Rules & Obligations

All content you publish must comply with our Community Guidelines. In addition, as a creator you agree to:

  • Accurately describe your content and what subscribers will receive for their money
  • Deliver content consistently — if you offer a subscription, you must provide content within a reasonable timeframe
  • Not impersonate any person, brand, or other creator
  • Not use DriplyPay to process payments for goods or services that violate our Community Guidelines or payment processor policies
  • Obtain written consent from any person who appears in your content before publishing
  • Retain and be able to produce age verification documentation for any person depicted in age-restricted content

Child safety screening. All uploaded images and videos are scanned using PhotoDNA technology licensed by Microsoft at no cost before publication. Media flagged as known CSAM is blocked, removed, and may result in immediate account suspension. Match details are not disclosed to you or other users. See our Community Guidelines for full details.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Chargebacks (payment disputes filed by buyers with their bank or card issuer) are the responsibility of the creator. When a chargeback is filed:

  • The disputed amount is deducted from your DriplyPay wallet balance
  • A $15 USD dispute processing fee is charged to your wallet per chargeback (whether you win or lose)
  • DriplyPay automatically submits access logs and purchase evidence to Stripe on your behalf
  • Excessive chargebacks (above 1% of transactions in any 90-day period) may result in account review or suspension

DriplyPay is not liable for any chargeback losses. By accepting this agreement, you acknowledge that you bear the risk of chargebacks on your transactions.

5. Content Removal & Account Termination

DriplyPay reserves the right to remove content or suspend/terminate your account if:

  • Content violates our Community Guidelines or this Agreement
  • Content violates applicable law or the rights of third parties
  • You receive multiple valid copyright takedown notices (repeat infringer policy)
  • We receive credible reports of fraud, deception, or abuse involving your account
  • Your account is subject to excessive chargebacks or payment disputes
  • Your creator monetisation or payout privileges are suspended for policy violations

Where possible, we will notify you before taking action. Immediate termination without notice is reserved for zero-tolerance violations (CSAM, terrorism, NCII). Non-zero-tolerance terminations may be appealed within 14 days by emailing support@driplypay.com.

Pending payouts on termination. If your account is terminated for cause, pending payouts may be withheld during investigation. Payouts are released if no fraud is found; withheld permanently if fraud is confirmed.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
