DriplyPay is built for creators and their communities. These guidelines exist to protect everyone on the platform — creators, fans, and the people who make the content that matters to them. We enforce these rules consistently and without exception.
Zero Tolerance — Immediate Removal & Law Enforcement
These violations result in permanent account termination, content removal, and mandatory reporting to law enforcement. No appeal is available.
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
Any sexual content depicting or implying a person under 18. Reported immediately to NCMEC, Australian Federal Police, and relevant international authorities.
Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII)
Sharing intimate images or videos of a person without their explicit consent. Also known as revenge porn.
Human Trafficking & Exploitation
Content facilitating, promoting, or recruiting for human trafficking, forced labour, or sexual exploitation.
Terrorism & Violent Extremism
Content promoting, glorifying, or recruiting for terrorist organisations or acts of mass violence.
Automated Child Safety Screening
DriplyPay uses PhotoDNA technology licensed by Microsoft at no cost. Uploaded images and videos are scanned for known child sexual abuse material (CSAM) before they can be published.
Flagged media is blocked from publication, removed from user-accessible storage, and may result in immediate account suspension. Confirmed matches are escalated under our child safety policy and reported to NCMEC, the Australian Federal Police, and other relevant authorities.
Uploaders are not told why specific media was rejected. PhotoDNA is used only for child safety — not for general content moderation, adult content classification, or copyright detection.
Prohibited — Removal & Account Action
These violations result in content removal and account suspension or termination. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days.
Fraud & Scams
Fake services, deceptive practices, phishing links, pyramid schemes, or any conduct designed to financially deceive users.
Impersonation
Pretending to be another creator, public figure, brand, or DriplyPay staff. Parody accounts must clearly identify themselves as parody.
Harassment & Hate Speech
Targeted harassment of individuals, credible threats of violence, or content promoting hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
Illegal Content & Services
Content promoting illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, illegal gambling, or any other unlawful product or service.
Malware & Phishing
Links or files designed to compromise devices, steal credentials, or redirect users to malicious sites.
Copyright Infringement
Uploading or selling content that you do not own or have rights to distribute. Repeat infringers are permanently banned.
Age-Restricted Content (18+)
Explicit adult content is permitted on DriplyPay subject to strict conditions.
Requirements for Creators
- •Must complete government ID age verification before publishing explicit content
- • Must be at least 18 years old
- • All people depicted must be at least 18 years old
- • Content must be legal in Australia and the creator's jurisdiction
- • Age gate must remain enabled — disabling it while publishing explicit content will result in immediate suspension
Requirements for Subscribers/Buyers
- • Must complete age verification before accessing or purchasing explicit content
- • Must be at least 18 years old
What's Encouraged
Reporting & Appeals
If you see content that violates these guidelines, use the Report page or email support@driplypay.com. CSAM and urgent safety reports are escalated immediately.
Enforcement Response Times
- Zero Tolerance (CSAM, NCII, terrorism): immediate
- Prohibited content: within 24 hours
- General reports: within 48 hours
If you believe your content was removed in error, you can appeal by emailing support@driplypay.com with the subject "Content Appeal" within 14 days of the removal notice. We will respond within 5 business days.
Creator Responsibilities
As a creator on DriplyPay, you are responsible for:

- •Verifying the age of any person depicted in age-restricted content
- •Keeping your account secure and not sharing access credentials
- •Accurately representing yourself, your content, and what subscribers will receive
- •Responding to valid copyright takedown notices promptly
- •Reporting content you believe violates these guidelines
